Art Starts - Blues Berries Presentation
Tomorrow, at 9 am, our school will have it's first Art Starts performing presentation. The group that will be performing is the Blues Berries with their show, Blues Rocks! This is a brand-new show from one of Canada’s best-known groups
introducing popular music to young audiences. The performance traces the
history of blues music with an emphasis on how it has influenced
popular music styles of the past few decades. Audiences can expect to
hear music from traditional field hollers to Herbie Hancock, Robert
Johnson to Jimi Hendrix, and everything in between. Audiences will clap
along, sing along and even learn a few dance steps!
